Looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in a stock/visual supervisor role.
This is a key holder position that will open the store and be responsible for organization of the stock room, understock and the visual of the store. Will need to assist customers when on the floor, help on cash and coach the sales associates.
Minimum of 25-30 hours, but will be working up to 40 hours-based on workload.
Shifts run mostly Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 7am to 4pm. During November and December the shift will flip over to full overnights for Holiday Monday to Friday 6pm to 2:30am.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key holder/stock supervisor
Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager and the Assistant Managers
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
Coach and reward in the moment to maximize the productivity of the stock team.
Responsible for enforcing company policy, ensures a safe work environment, free of harassment or unlawful discrimination.
Lead stock team and ensure they meet their stock goals and ensure shipment is done within the allocated schedule time.
Set direction and goals for the night team.
Ensure associates receive schedule breaks and meals periods.
Telling The Brand Story:
Leads the replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
Execute visual standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance
Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement. etc. as directed.
Receive shipment and enter box quantity into PMT.
Reports any missing or damaged Shipment to the Manager and EOC.
Maintains policies and procedures
Lead operational teams
Incorporate Assets Protection and safety messages into daily operations
