The Group Sales Manager will handle all small groups of 15 rooms or less and any catering leads associated within that segment, from the initial sales call and developing the relationship, to detailing and servicing the group, ensuring client satisfaction. This will include negotiating the room rate & meeting space requirements, preparing the sales agreement, managing inventory, and creating the Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes.
