The Store Manager manages a team in line with the Okaïdi-Obaïbi brand policy, with the primary aim of inspiring customers and children in order to improve the store's quantitative and qualitative results.
Store Manager's Responsibilities:
1- Manage a team: Use good management skills to ensure the store is profitable and performs well and develop team members' skills to help them achieve the store's sales and people-focused targets unaided.
2- Showcase the Brand : Guarantee and develop brand showcasing by enhancing it on a daily basis using basic merchandising skills correctly to ensure consistency across the network.
3-Conduct the sales: get the team to share your dedication to greeting every customer and every child and providing the best service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
4- Assure the smooth running and economic development of the store : Analyse, produce and implement action plans that uphold the image and performance of the brand in the store.
5- Organise the store: Organise the handling of product flows in the time limits required by the brand
·Retail experience >2 years
·Experience of direct management between 3 or 5 years
·Able to analyse and implement performance indicators
·Teaching and training skills
·Interest in children's products, merchandising and sales
·Good organisational skills
·Able to lead a project
·Autonomous and has a sense of responsibility
